ROBERT RUAN
Quality Manager
Robert Ruan joined D-Terra in December of 2014 when NPI was acquired. Robert is D-Terra’s key man in Asia ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and quality meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Robert has over 20 years of quality management experience and excellent skills in Six Sigma, ISO 9001/TS16949, supply chain management and product launch management. In his 4 years working for Whirlpool, Robert received the Windchill Champion award for Whirlpool China, WPQS leader award in Shunde Factory and was the recipient of the ‘Top Quality Award’ in the China Whirlpool group.
Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software and Theory with concentration in Heat Treatment and Equipment.
