Columbus, OH—July 22, 2021— D-Terra acquired majority ownership of Console Vault® in 2018 and has helped propel the brand forward over the last 3 years. With D-Terra’s help, Console Vault achieved one of their biggest milestones yet, announcing a first of its kind worldwide licensing agreement with the Ford Motor Company. Effective immediately, Console Vault In-Vehicle Safes will be available as an Official Ford Licensed Product for a wide range of Ford’s bestselling vehicles including the F150, Bronco, Expedition, Explorer and Lincoln.

We are pleased to announce that NEPcon has certified D-Terra Solutions, LLC to Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certification standards. 

D-Terra  has been issued an organization specific FSC 100% Chain of Custody certificate registration code: NC-COC-056643 for wood wool acoustical panels. FSC Chain of Custody certification is an essential part of the Forest Stewardship Council ™ scheme for certification and labeling of responsibly produced timber. Its main purpose is to control the flow of certified products throughout the supply chain.

D-Terra Solutions, celebrated the grand opening of our new 5,000 square foot Innovation Center in Powell, Ohio in July 2017. The center is a hub for product design and engineering that includes 3D printing, rapid prototyping, investment casting and testing capability.

The collaborative space showcases the history of D-Terra as well as products the company has successfully manufactured for customers in the automotive, consumer and industrial markets.

D-Terra Solutions (DTS) acquired New Path International (NPI) on December 1, 2014. The collaboration of the two companies will further enhance our ability to serve the clients of both companies with a more comprehensive portfolio of services from product design to global product distribution. NPI’s team brings to DTS over 25 years of expertise in product design, product development and the commercialization of those products for manufacturers in the consumer products and bio-medical industries. They have offices in both the US and China. By acquiring NPI, DTS has expanded our manufacturing experience, increased our portfolio of clients and added to our China network with additional offices in Shanghai, PRC, Guangzhou, PRC and Hong Kong. The combined company will provide our clients with robust up front product design, engineering, and production capabilities that when combined with our efficient back end market distribution process gives us a distinctive competitive advantage over many of our competitors. The new company will have combined experience of over 80 years in product design, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics and operation of all modes of freight transportation.
